Remortgage quote online is already launched, the client informed us that they’re facing a problem with the conversion rate, where users see their mortgage options but don’t pursue to book through the platform. Another thing the client showed his concerns toward was the trust element, as they did not know how to make their platform look trust-able.

For each project, I begin by conducting thorough user research to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of students, teachers, and other stakeholders. I develop user personas to guide the design process, ensuring the product meets the needs of each user group. For example, in a project for a language-learning app, I identified the need for interactive lessons tailored to different skill levels, which led to personalized learning paths.

2. Information Architecture & User Flows
I prioritize clear information architecture to ensure users can easily navigate platforms and find relevant content. Through well-defined user flows, I map out how users will interact with the product, from signing up for classes to completing assignments or accessing resources. This helps streamline the learning process.

3. Interactive & Engaging UI Design
In EdTech, engaging users is critical. My designs focus on making learning enjoyable through interactive UI elements, gamified features, and clear visual hierarchy. In an online education platform redesign, I used bright colors, intuitive icons, and progress trackers to keep users motivated and focused on their learning goals.
